The Design Concierge,  "aka" TDC, proudly serves as an extended back office for individuals, boutique firms, and medium-sized companies. In 2015, co-founders Chevonne Quintos and Sara Cortez realized a genuine need for efficient, reliable, and knowledgeable support. TDC is an interior design firm for industry professionals who desire to enhance the client experience, project performance, and design outcome.

What We Do

PART 1

> set up

Start off by getting a digital CAD file as the starting point for construction and design drawings. Choose between As-Built Plan or Convert Drawing.

PART 2

>> collaborate

Clearly illustrate 2D line drawing details to prove the design concept and feasibility. Choose between Construction Documents and Design Development. Or both!

PART 3

>>> organize

When the drawings are complete and construction is underway, continue the course by organizing all the materials with Procurement Management.
